Dalgona flickers to life under neon lights — a Busan night market washed in color, steam rising through the glow. The crowd moves in a blur of motion, but at one small cart the air shifts, sweet and warm.

Molten sugar swirls in a metal ladle, turning into a golden pool that catches every passing light. A soft caramel heat drifts out, mixing with the night air — subtle, tempting, impossible to ignore. The vendor presses the tin, and for a split second the whole street feels suspended, waiting for the candy to cool.
