Because our products are personal-use fragrance items, we can only accept returns on products that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. If the seal has been broken or the product has been opened, we’re unable to take it back for safety and quality reasons.

If you would like to request a return, please reach out to us within 7 of receiving your order. Once we confirm that the item is eligible, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for processing, as timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
